Why will my sample not be analysed?

Our laboratory no longer analyses swab samples and the return address on the envelope is no longer active

These DNA kits were originally produced in 2018 and may no longer produce accurate results

What do I do next?

If you purchased our DNA kit from one of our authorised UK resellers, please email us at info@muhdo.com providing a copy of your receipt and we will send out a new replacement kit free of charge

Who are your authorised UK resellers?

We have supplied our DNA kits to a number of cycling shops. DNA kits purchased from other websites including Ebay will not be replaced. Please request a refund from the seller
