Well, one main area that seems to be extremely common throughout the Blue Zone is a daily consumption of nutrient dense 🥗 and antioxidant rich foods or drinks.
This seems to neutralise free radicals 🦠 which attack our cells and mitochondria that may increase our risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and diabetes etc.
